How to perform it
- 1Lie on your back with arms overhead on the floor and perform alternating leg drives by lowering one leg toward the floor while keeping the opposite leg stable. The overhead arm position increases the challenge to the core and tests shoulder flexion end range simultaneously with hip flexor control.
