How to perform it

  1. 1Hold a cable attachment in a Zercher carry position and perform a squat on a slantboard. The slantboard assists ankle mobility for deeper squat depth and the cable Zercher load encourages thoracic extension. Keep your elbows high and chest tall as you descend.
