How to perform it

  1. 1Kneel with one shin against a couch or wall behind you and drive your hips forward to create a deep hip flexor stretch on the rear leg. Hold for a prolonged duration and breathe into the stretch. The couch stretch is one of the most effective hip flexor mobilizations for athletes with tight hip flexors.
