How to perform it
- 1Perform an in-place Spiderman stretch by stepping one foot up to the outside of your hand in a wide lunge and holding. Drive your rear hip toward the floor to load the hip flexor stretch. This is the stationary version of the Spiderman lunge focusing on holding and breathing into the stretch.
