How to perform it

  1. 1Stand facing a wall with your foot positioned near it. Gently rock your ankle forward over your toes toward the wall, mobilizing the talocrural joint into dorsiflexion. Keep your heel flat and work through a controlled range of motion. Useful for addressing ankle restriction in squatting movements.
