How to perform it
- 1Lie on your side and move through the Bretzel 2.0 position dynamically by rotating between the stretch and a neutral position. This rotating version covers more thoracic mobility range and warms up the hip and t-spine in a flowing pattern. Move slowly and breathe into each rotation.
