How to perform it
- 1Knees and hips flexed to 90 degrees; hips shoulder height.
- 2Elbows directly under shoulders, palms on the ball or neutral wrists. Wrists in a straight line with elbows.
- 3Large, controlled circles in one direction.
- 4Finish one side completely then move on to the other.
