How to perform it

  1. 1Knees and hips flexed to 90 degrees; hips shoulder height.
  2. 2Elbows directly under shoulders, palms on the ball or neutral wrists. Wrists in a straight line with elbows.
  3. 3Large, controlled circles in one direction.
  4. 4Finish one side completely then move on to the other.
