How to perform it

  1. 1Hold TRX handles with arms extended and sit back into a deep squat using the suspension trainer for counterbalance. Keep your torso upright as you pry open hip flexion depth. This assisted version lets you work ankle dorsiflexion and hip mobility without compensating with lumbar flexion.
