How to perform it
- 1Sit on the floor in a neutral position and rock your pelvis forward and backward in a rhythmic turtle-shell rocking motion. This gentle oscillation trains lumbopelvic control and hip joint mobility while providing proprioceptive input to the spine. Keep the movement smooth and controlled.
