How to perform it

  1. 1Stand facing a wall with your toes close to the baseboard and bend your knee forward toward the wall to mobilize the ankle. Drive your knee over your pinky toe and feel the stretch in the ankle and Achilles. Alternate legs and perform multiple reps on each side to improve dorsiflexion range.
