How to perform it
- 1Knee and foot in front of hip in a straight line. Toes pointed forward, full foot on the ground throughout the exercise.
- 2Same arm holds on to same foot, pulling heel to butt.
- 3Keeping front foot on the ground, drive that knee forward toward the wall still pulling heel toward butt.
- 4Control the way back.
