How to perform it

  1. 1Knee and foot in front of hip in a straight line. Toes pointed forward, full foot on the ground throughout the exercise.
  2. 2Same arm holds on to same foot, pulling heel to butt.
  3. 3Keeping front foot on the ground, drive that knee forward toward the wall still pulling heel toward butt.
  4. 4Control the way back.
