How to perform it

  1. 1Both feet on sliders, hips bridged off the ground.
  2. 2Take one leg off the ground, extending opposite leg slowly.
  3. 3When that leg is completely extended other foot joins on slideboard.
  4. 4Pull both feet back to starting position, maintaining bridged hips the entire time.
