How to perform it
- 1From a split-stance position, reach one arm diagonally across and down toward the lead foot, then rotate your thoracic spine upward to open. This creates a combined adductor stretch with thoracic extension and rotation in a functional pattern. Exhale as you reach down and breathe in as you rotate and open.
