How to perform it
- 1Stand with your back flat against a wall, arms at your sides, and elbows bent to 90 degrees. Alternately slide one arm up the wall and back down while keeping the other arm in contact with the wall. This alternating version challenges anti-rotation while training each shoulder’s upward rotation independently.
