How to perform it

  1. 1Arms holding on to 1" band.
  2. 2Both legs extended, perpendicular to the ground; lower back drives into ground.
  3. 3Band around one leg on the bottom of foot.
  4. 4Control opposite leg down and up as lower back stays on ground.
