How to perform it

  1. 1Stand barefoot and trace the letters of the alphabet with your foot using ankle and intrinsic foot movements. This mobilizes the ankle in all planes and activates the intrinsic foot muscles. Perform slowly and control each letter to maximize proprioceptive activation.
