How to perform it
- 1Lie on a bench face up and perform soft tissue inhibition work on the lat by holding a tool or ball on the tissue and performing arm movements. This helps release latissimus dorsi tightness that limits shoulder flexion and thoracic extension. Move slowly and breathe through any tender spots.
