How to perform it
- 1Stand in a doorway and slide both arms up the door frame in an overhead shoulder flexion pattern. The doorway provides proprioceptive feedback for scapular positioning and keeps your arms tracking properly. Focus on upward rotation and keeping your ribs down as you slide up.
