How to perform it

  1. 1Kneel in a half-kneeling position and have a partner apply a manual deceleration force as you move your arm through a throwing or reaching pattern. Resist and control the deceleration. This trains eccentric shoulder and rotator cuff function with specific neuromuscular demand.
