How to perform it
- 1Stand on one leg or in a comfortable stance and perform a full controlled articular rotation of the hip by moving the femur through its complete available range in a circular path. Move slowly through each phase of the circle — flexion, abduction, extension, and adduction — pausing at any stiff or restricted positions to breathe and earn more range. Perform 3-5 slow circles in each direction per side, using breath to relax into restricted zones. Avoid compensating through the spine or pelvis — keep movement isolated to the hip joint and feel the capsule being worked from all directions.
