How to perform it

  1. 1Start on forearms; elbows directly under shoulders.
  2. 2Both legs flexed, one slightly higher than the other.
  3. 3Bring the face of the foot of the knee that's higher behind the opposite knee.
  4. 4Shift weight toward the higher knee's hip.
  5. 5Long inhale then long exhale.
