How to perform it
- 1Hands under shoulders.
- 2Both legs flexed, one slightly higher than the other.
- 3Bring the face of the foot of the knee that's higher behind the opposite knee.
- 4Shift weight toward the higher knee's hip.
- 5Rock back to center.
