How to perform it

  1. 1Hold end of barbell with two hands in the middle of your body.
  2. 2Both feet facing forward, between hip and shoulder width.
  3. 3Squat to 90 degrees.
  4. 4Drive through the ground to stand upright.
  5. 5Don't lean backward at the top.
