How to perform it

  1. 1Hang from a pull-up bar with your arms overhead. Let your lats and thoracic spine decompress under your bodyweight. Breathe into the stretch and allow gravity to assist with thoracic extension. An excellent end-of-session or pre-lift mobility drill.
