How to perform it
- 1Get into a quadruped position and crawl laterally keeping your knees just off the ground. Move your opposite hand and foot together to maintain the crawl rhythm. This lateral bear crawl trains contralateral coordination, hip and shoulder stability, and anti-rotation core control simultaneously.
