How to perform it

  1. 1Lay face down on table, arms hang off table or under forehead.
  2. 2Pelvis on edge of table, push stomach into table; both knees up to the edge of the table.
  3. 3One leg fully extended, toes pointed down.
  4. 4Fully extended leg lifts off the ground, stopping when leg is parallel to the ground.
  5. 5Control back down.
