How to perform it
- 1Lay face down on table, arms hang off table or under forehead.
- 2Pelvis on edge of table, push stomach into table; both knees up to the edge of the table.
- 3One leg fully extended, toes pointed down.
- 4Fully extended leg lifts off the ground, stopping when leg is parallel to the ground.
- 5Control back down.
