How to perform it
- 1Drive front foot down into box; back leg fully extended.
- 2Cable chest height, arm opposite of front leg pressing.
- 3Don't let lower half move as you rotate through torso.
- 4Stop when elbow is in line with shoulder on the way back in.
- 5Move through scapula while pressing.
