How to perform it
- 1Hold TRX handles and sit into a deep squat for support. From the bottom position perform focused diaphragmatic breathing and reach one arm overhead for a lat stretch. The TRX keeps you upright so you can direct the breath and stretch into stiff areas simultaneously.
