How to perform it
- 1Walk forward in a Spiderman lunge pattern while simultaneously reaching both arms overhead into a full shoulder elevation. This integrates hip flexor mobility with thoracic extension and shoulder range of motion in a walking pattern. Keep your hips low and reach tall at the top of each step.
