How to perform it

  1. 1Back heel off the ground, kick opposite leg straight.
  2. 2Drive hands into the wall to push weight backward.
  3. 3Spine stays flat as you load into your hip.
  4. 4Drive through the ground to finish upright, still pushing away from the wall.
