How to perform it

  1. 1Cable at chest height.
  2. 2Start in split-stance with arm fully extended, reaching through scap.
  3. 3Pull handle to chest, elbow lower than shoulder, opening up hips completely.
  4. 4Shift weight toward back leg.
  5. 5Control back to starting position.
