How to perform it

  1. 1Upper back on bench, arms extended.
  2. 2Butt starts on ground, one foot on ground facing forward, other foot off the ground.
  3. 3Drive through ground to bridge hips up, entire foot remains on ground.
  4. 4Stop when knee, hip and shoulder are in a straight line.
  5. 5Control the way down.
