How to perform it
- 1Upper back on bench, arms extended.
- 2Butt starts on ground, one foot on ground facing forward, other foot off the ground.
- 3Drive through ground to bridge hips up, entire foot remains on ground.
- 4Stop when knee, hip and shoulder are in a straight line.
- 5Control the way down.
