How to perform it

  1. 1One foot off the ground, slightly bent.. Other leg slightly bent, loaded into that hip.
  2. 2Maintain a neutral spine, slightly upright torso.
  3. 3Hold KB in one hand then switch to the other.
  4. 4Further the KB is away from the opposite arm the more challenging the exercise becomes.
