How to perform it

  1. 13D Strap wrapped around same shoulder as front leg.
  2. 2Front leg hip loaded, back leg completely straight with heel off the ground. Most weight on front leg.
  3. 3Rotate out of front leg, don't let front knee move.
  4. 4Hips and shoulders move together.
  5. 5Rotate back to starting position.
