How to perform it
- 13D Strap wrapped around same shoulder as front leg.
- 2Front leg hip loaded, back leg completely straight with heel off the ground. Most weight on front leg.
- 3Rotate out of front leg, don't let front knee move.
- 4Hips and shoulders move together.
- 5Rotate back to starting position.
