How to perform it
- 1Lie on your back in a hook-lying position with your feet on the wall. Perform a hip shift by pushing through one foot to shift your pelvis laterally. This is a fundamental PRI positional drill for addressing pelvic and rib cage asymmetries. Breathe out fully at the shifted position.
