How to perform it
- 1Arms straight underneath shoulders.
- 2One leg extended, toes pointed forward. One knee bent, back toes pointed down. Extended leg and bent knee in a straight line.
- 3Shift weight back to heel.
- 4Leg that's straight, same arm will reach under then reach up, rotating through upper back.
