How to perform it

  1. 1Stand facing a cable or band anchor and trace the letters of the alphabet with the handle while maintaining a Pallof anti-rotation hold position. This drill progressively challenges core stability through changing vectors. Keep your hips square and resist rotation throughout every letter.
