How to perform it
- 1Lie on your back with a band looped around your thigh and perform hip flexion against the resistance. The band adds tension to the hip flexor contraction and challenges end-range hip flexion strength. Keep your pelvis neutral and avoid lumbar flexion compensation as you pull the knee up.
