How to perform it

  1. 1Knees under hips, toes pointed down.
  2. 2Hands holding PVC pipe, palms facing up.
  3. 3Arms at 90 degree angles.
  4. 4Rock butt back to heels.
  5. 5Elbows bend, bring hands to shoulders.
  6. 6Control back to starting position.
