How to perform it

  1. 1Sit with your heel on a dumbbell and actively pull your toes toward your shin to work ankle dorsiflexion range. The DB provides a fulcrum to mobilize the joint from below while you work the tibialis anterior actively. This is a targeted drill for improving ankle dorsiflexion mobility.
