How to perform it
- 1One leg on slider.
- 2Hold 10lb plate (or weight prescribed by coach).
- 3Press the plate out (or down) as you load into the leg not on a slider.
- 4Leg on the slider stays straight.
- 5Drive through the ground to stand back up to the starting position.
