How to perform it

  1. 1One leg on slider.
  2. 2Hold 10lb plate (or weight prescribed by coach).
  3. 3Press the plate out (or down) as you load into the leg not on a slider.
  4. 4Leg on the slider stays straight.
  5. 5Drive through the ground to stand back up to the starting position.
