How to perform it

  1. 1Seated on bench, roller between thighs, toes pointed forward.
  2. 2PVC pipe on back.
  3. 3Don't let ribs flare.
  4. 4Rotate slightly to one side, then laterally flex.
  5. 5Rotate further, laterally flex.
  6. 6Rotate as far as you can, laterally flex.
  7. 7Bring your body back to the starting position.
  8. 8Rotate as far as you can for reps.
