How to perform it
- 1Seated on bench, roller between thighs, toes pointed forward.
- 2PVC pipe on back.
- 3Don't let ribs flare.
- 4Rotate slightly to one side, then laterally flex.
- 5Rotate further, laterally flex.
- 6Rotate as far as you can, laterally flex.
- 7Bring your body back to the starting position.
- 8Rotate as far as you can for reps.
