How to perform it

  1. 1Lie on your side and practice breathing into the top and bottom of the rib cage while maintaining a neutral position. This position-specific breathing drill trains lateral expansion and helps restore rotational breathing mechanics. Focus on expanding the bottom side ribs on each inhale.
