How to perform it
- 1Cable at chest height.
- 2Arm pulling cable will be opposite of front leg.
- 3Stop row when elbow is in line with torso; elbow should be 30 degrees away from body during the row.
- 4Other arm does opposite of arm holding handle.
- 5Reach with scapula but don't flex torso.
