How to perform it

  1. 1Cable at chest height.
  2. 2Arm pulling cable will be opposite of front leg.
  3. 3Stop row when elbow is in line with torso; elbow should be 30 degrees away from body during the row.
  4. 4Other arm does opposite of arm holding handle.
  5. 5Reach with scapula but don't flex torso.
