How to perform it

  1. 1DB in each hand; back toes are in line with the middle foot of the loaded leg.
  2. 2Put more weight on front leg compared to back leg.
  3. 3Push hips backward with bent knees until your wrists below knee caps.
  4. 4Drive through the ground to stand up; don't lean back at the top.
