How to perform it
- 1DB in each hand; back toes are in line with the middle foot of the loaded leg.
- 2Put more weight on front leg compared to back leg.
- 3Push hips backward with bent knees until your wrists below knee caps.
- 4Drive through the ground to stand up; don't lean back at the top.
