How to perform it
- 1Back and head on the table, knees bent, toes pointed forward.
- 2One arm up at 90 degrees; perpendicular to the ground in the scapular plane (30 degrees above the table); elbow on a 1/4 roller.
- 3Rotate arm backward to end-range external rotation.
- 4Control back up to starting position.
