How to perform it

  1. 1Two cables at the highest setting.
  2. 2Knees under hips, toes dug into the ground; hips tucked underneath rib cage.
  3. 3Both arms start fully extended.
  4. 4Pull one cable down, stop when elbow is in line with shoulder.
  5. 5Control back up, fully extending arm.
  6. 6Alternate sides.
