How to perform it
- 1Two cables at the highest setting.
- 2Knees under hips, toes dug into the ground; hips tucked underneath rib cage.
- 3Both arms start fully extended.
- 4Pull one cable down, stop when elbow is in line with shoulder.
- 5Control back up, fully extending arm.
- 6Alternate sides.
