How to perform it

  1. 1One leg on slider.
  2. 2Hold the KB on the side as the leg on the slider; arm extended.
  3. 3Load hip not on slider.
  4. 4Leg on the slider stays straight.
  5. 5Drive through the ground to stand back up to the starting position.
