How to perform it

  1. 1Hold TRX handle with one hand, opposite arm reaches straight.
  2. 2Row up to the top position, stop when your elbow and torso are in a straight line.
  3. 3As you control yourself down, rotate away from the handle.
  4. 4Keep hips from rotating.
  5. 5Rotate back to the starting position and row your body up simultaneously.
