How to perform it
- 1Hold TRX handle with one hand, opposite arm reaches straight.
- 2Row up to the top position, stop when your elbow and torso are in a straight line.
- 3As you control yourself down, rotate away from the handle.
- 4Keep hips from rotating.
- 5Rotate back to the starting position and row your body up simultaneously.
