How to perform it

  1. 1One foot off the ground, fully extended. Other leg slightly bent, loaded into that hip.
  2. 2Maintain a neutral spine, parallel to the ground.
  3. 3Hold aquabag in one hand then switch to the other.
  4. 4Further the aquabag is away from the opposite arm the more challenging the exercise becomes.
