How to perform it
- 1One foot off the ground, fully extended. Other leg slightly bent, loaded into that hip.
- 2Maintain a neutral spine, parallel to the ground.
- 3Hold aquabag in one hand then switch to the other.
- 4Further the aquabag is away from the opposite arm the more challenging the exercise becomes.
